Ben Sunderland's precision free kick came to
Jack Wisniewski who's flying header just went wide of the far post. Wisniewski and Whiteman continued to threaten with
Dodzi Agbenu being treated as the main threat by Woodford's defence,finding himself surrounded each time he gained possession. On the half hour a Wisniewski effort was deflected wide as Thrapston applied the pressure.
Woodford threatened through a mishap in defence with
Liam Fox caught out of his goal and King rocketed a shot onto the crossbar from 25 yards.
Michael Rogers set up Agbenu who shot just wide and on half-time
Chris Hope had a header cleared away when goalbound.
The second half continued in the same manner with Whiteman having an early impact with shot deflected wide of the post. However in the 46th minute, sparky Whiteman shot low and hard to see his effort deflected into the net by Woodford's Parkinson. Minutes later a
Michael Rogers cross was volleyed against the post by Whiteman.
53 minutes and a low free kick by King was out of reach for
Liam Fox and Woodford equalised.

Wayne Brown's far post header went close as did another Hope header. 1-1 final score.
